Jennifer Jo Berman is the founder of EM Hospitality, a boutique experiential event production and hospitality consulting firm specializing in high-impact events, food & beverage strategy, and elevated guest experiences.

With over two decades in luxury hospitality—including ten years with The Ritz-Carlton—Jennifer has produced and supported exclusive events for presidents, governors, global executives, and world-renowned chefs across destinations from Aspen to Los Angeles.

Her expertise spans the full hospitality ecosystem:
from producing immersive experiential events and managing multimillion-dollar budgets, to opening restaurants, launching and optimizing catering departments, training catering sales teams, overseeing complex vendor ecosystems, and leading fundraising and auction strategy for high-profile nonprofit and corporate clients.
