​​EM Hospitality is a boutique event production and hospitality consulting firm founded and led by Jennifer Berman, a visionary event strategist with over 30 years of experience across luxury hotels, high-profile event production, restaurant consulting, and catering operations.

 

Jennifer partners with chefs, restaurateurs, nonprofits, executives, and entrepreneurs to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex hospitality projects. Her expertise spans full-service event production, catering sales expansion, restaurant recovery, staff training, and hospitality system optimization—supporting businesses at every stage of growth.

 

Her career was built inside iconic properties including The Ritz-Carlton, Patina Restaurant Group, and Hotel Jerome in Aspen, where she led large-scale catering departments, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and produced events for Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and cultural institutions such as the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

 

What sets EM Hospitality apart is executive-level insight paired with hands-on leadership and intuitive precision. Jennifer is both a systems architect and a creative force—equally comfortable producing a luxury gala, negotiating F&B contracts, or building operational systems that scale. Her work is grounded in deep industry knowledge and a lifelong commitment to excellence in hospitality.
