A Bit About Me...


With over 25-years experience in working with individuals, chefs, entrepreneurs, executives and the elite I believe I have the understanding it takes to work on any project.  My unique background in sales, catering, public relations, operations, customer service, event planning and project management is the cornerstone for my ability to deliver exceptional service and sophisticated expertise to every project.

After graduating with a degree in Restaurant and Resort Management, I embarked on a career in Hospitality working for Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton and Leading Hotels of the World.  My journey soon partnered me up with legendary chefs with whom I handled sales & production for Fortune 500 conferences to celebrity weddings and restaurant openings.

I have spent the last decade launching restaurants and event centers  for multiple entrepreneurs and planning large scale events in Southern California.  My eye for detail and ability to anticipate guests needs support me along my journey.  In today's age, I focus on bringing back passion and excitement to businesses to synchronize them with their true potential through setting internal and external goals while providing the spark of energy everyone ultimately needs.
