Jennifer supports chefs, restaurateurs, nonprofits, executives, and entrepreneurs with a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on expertise. She specializes in full-service event planning, catering sales expansion, restaurant recovery, staff training, and hospitality system optimization—offering the clarity and structure businesses need to scale with impact.

Her early career was built inside iconic properties like The Ritz-Carlton, Patina Restaurant Group, and Hotel Jerome in Aspen, where she led large-scale catering departments, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed SOPs, and produced events for Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and cultural institutions like the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Through EM Hospitality, Jennifer brings executive-level insight and intuitive problem-solving to every engagement. She has opened hotels, launched catering departments, directed conference services and destination management companies, and overseen complex event productions for up to 1,000 guests. As an operation consultant, she works closely with both new and established restaurant concepts and small start up businesses to build operational systems, train staff, and implement revenue-generating strategies that last.
